Part 1, Brit. women manufacture rocket projectiles and shells: tubes are filled with cordite, rocket motors tested, shells shaved and measured, TNT packed in the shells, fuses screwed on, and shells wheeled from the factory. Part 2, rockets are placed in Brit. Typhoon fighters; a Ger. town is bombed. Part 3, Viscount Gort lands in Palestine, reviews an honor guard, drives through the streets, greets local personages, and reviews Brit. troops. Part 4, U.S. troops and tanks land on Dutch New Guinea. Wrecked Japanese planes are examined and parts from U.S. planes salvaged. Supplies are dropped by parachute. Gen. MacArthur speaks.
